Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 6-23 months and their caregivers in 7 selected townships (Hancun, Beiwangli, Xinzhaidian, Gadatou, Yanghu, Beizhongma, Dafuzhuang)in Zhao County, Hebei province; 2. born in rural areas; 3. be able to read and use QQ with computer or mobile phone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. mothers working outside the county; 2. have a plan to go outside in the coming year; 3. With structural or genetic birth defect, eg. neural tube defects, congenital heart disease, phenyl ketonuria; 4. Refuse to participate.
