Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. criteria for township: (1) has live bith in 2013 more than 500; (2) all the village have qualified village(s) to provide health service and are willing to join this project;(3) has mininized resource on economic, traffic, geography and public health service. 2. Criteria for children in selected townships: (1) was registed as citizen in the selected township and live in the township during project period; (2) 6 to 11 month old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for township: not have satisfied resource for project implementation; 2. Exclusion criteria for children: (1) the care giver refuse; (2) the family insistant vegetrian; (3) the child has any disease which effect Hb level; (4) the child take medicine for long-term treatment.
