18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age range from 18 to 70 years old; 2. overweight or obese.BMI>=25.0kg/m2 waist circumference (male>90cm,female>85cm); 3. normal cardic, hepatic and renal function; 4. Dyslipidemia,Triglycride>=1.7 mmol/L and/or HDL cholersterol (male<0.9mmol/L, female<1.0mmol/L); 5. Imapaired glucose intolerance or type 2 Diabetes controled by oral hypoglycemic durgs; 6. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female who was Pregency,Lactation or in mensurtal period; 2. Heart,hepatic and renal dysfunction; 3. Patient in Malignant tumour and blood disease; 4. Active Pulmonary tuberculosis Patient; 5. Severity stomach bleeding of ulcer patient.
