Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnose of Chronic hepatitis B; Initial treatment of entecavir or adefovir; The duration of anti-viral treatment no less than 4 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. presence of serum antibodies against hepatitis C virus (HCV), or human immunodeficiency virus (HIV); 2. the course of pre-antiviral agent therapy (nucleoside analogues or interferon) more than 3 months; 3. other acquired or inherited causes of liver disease; 4. coexisting serious medical disease; 5. advanced liver disease(including decompensated cirrhosis, severe hepatitis, and hepatic carcinoma).
