Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of IIIB/IV phase non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with histological or cytological evidence; Patient not receiving prior chemotherapy or irradiation therapy; Expected survival time >=12 weeks; The presence of at least one pulmonary measurable lesion; Performance status 0-2; total bilirubin = 4.0*10^9/L,absolute neutrophil count >= 2.0*10^9/L, hemoglobin >=100g/L, platelets >=100*10^9/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of cardiovascular diseases such as poorly controlled hypertension, angina, myocardial infraction,coronary angioplasty, congestive heart failure, stroke; History of gastrointestinal bleeding and peptic ulcer disease; Other prior or concurrent malignancy within the past 5 years except adequately treated squamous cell or basal cell skin cancer or carcinoma in situ of the cervix; Prior hypersensitivity reaction to celecoxib or other COX-2 inhibitors and aspirin; Patients who use routine NSAIDS, Anticoagulant drugs and glucocorticoid will be excluded;Pregnancy or women; Untreated brain metastasis.
