Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical statu I~; 2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 3. patients aged 18~40 years or 70~85 years, scheduled for elective surgery of inferior abdomen or limb operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obese patients(body mass index >30); 2. Difficulty puncture of lumbar spinal anesthesia; 3. abnormality of lumbar vertebra or coagulation
