Group E:Patients with 939 T/T treated with Clozapine for 8-weeks

35 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese,male,age from 18-65; 2. Subjects with schizophrenia met Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition (DSM IV, American Psychiatric Association, 1994) criteria for diagnosis; 3. Not receiving any antipsychotics drugs in a month before accepted in hospital; 4. Not merges other mental illness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients were excluded if they had clinically significant organic or neurological disorders, mental retardation, epilepsy, psychiatric disorders other than schizophrenia; 2. Patients were excluded if with a history of alcohol and drug abuse in the previous 12 months.
