Interventions

Tota:Foundation treatment is same. Patients in the treatment group received ozone treatment, while the patients in the control group did not receive any antioxidant treatment.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with confirmed steatosis in liver were included in the study; steatosis was confirmed according to the 2006 guidelines; 2. No contraindications to ozone treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded patients with viral hepatitis (hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus, and cytomegalovirus), toxic, autoimmune, and metabolic liver diseases (Wilson's disease, alpha 1-antitrypsin deficiency, and cystic fibrosis), cirrhosis, alcoholic liver diseases, cancer, vascular liver diseases, and hypothyroidism-related steatosis.
