Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who are diagnosised as having liver cancer; 2. hepatic function: Child-Pugh grade A or ICG-R15 less than 15%; 3. tumor unresectable through conventional operation; 4. without extrahepatic tumor or lymphnode metastasis; 5. heart, lung, and kidney functions are normal, respectively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. invasion or thrombosis in portal vein, right atrium or inferior vena cava; 2. hepatic function: Child-B or Child-C; 3. metastasis in most segment of liver or out of liver; 4. server infection, server malnutrition or have other organ diseases can not tolerate the surgery; 5. received chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy.
