18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. With the informed consent signed; 2. Histopathological evidence for cervical cancer(adenocarcinoma orsquamous cell carcinoma or adenosquamous carcinoma), Stage IA2 or IB1, tumor<=2cm; 3. Exluded the endometrial carcinoma by hysteroscopy and biopsy; 4. Females age 18-40 years wish for the fertility without infertile factors; 5. Without tumor infiltration upon the internal orifice of uterus or regional lymphnode metastasis detected by pelvic B ultrasound, CT or MRI.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant; 2. Complicated with cardiovascular, hepartic, renal and hematopoietic disease or other malignant tumor; 3. With poor compliance and difficult to follow-up; 4. Participating in other trials at the same time; 5. Other conditions improper for the trial.
