Group A:Segmental tylectomy under hysteroscope + consolidation therapy of highly active progesterone
Group B:Hysterosalpingo-oophorectomy

Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With the informed consent signed; 2. Females age 18-40 years strongly wish for the fertility and refuse the complete hysterectomy; 3. Carcinoma is limited in the uterine cavity under the hysteroscope; 4. Tumor infiltration <1/2 and without pelvic metastasis detected by pelvic B ultrasound or MRI; 5. Serum CA125 is normal and <35KU/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with cardiovascular, hepartic, renal and hematopoietic disease or other malignant tumor; 2. With poor compliance and difficult to follow-up; 4. Participating in other trials at the same time; 5. Other conditions improper for the trial.
