Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages are range from 30 to 50 years old with no limitation of sex; 2. Meeting the Rome III diagnostic criteria; 3. Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with organic disease on the intestines; 2. Patients with Constipation-dominated IBS or A-IBS; 3. Patients who take cisapride, or other medicinal herbs which may affect the effects; 4. Patients accompanied with some primary disease such as cerebral vessels diseases, liver or kidney disease and disorders of hematopoietic system etc which seriously affected life; 5. Patients in a pregnancy or lactation; 6. Patients with serious mental disorder such as Dementia praecox and epileptic.
