Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnosis for herpes zoster; 2. In-patients in Department of Dermatology; 3. Aged between 18 and 75 years; 4. Rash onset within 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious cardiac, brain or kidney diseases which have to deal with first; 2. Patients with mental disorder, malignant tumor or AIDS; 3. Patients with other dermatogic diseases have to deal with steroid or so; 4. Abortive zoster or herpes zoster without rash; 5. Patients who were in-patients shifted from other department; 6. Women in Pregnancy or lactation.
