18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-60 years old, male or female; 2. Scheduled to undergoing cardial valve replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who once have been underwent mitral valve dilatation or cardial valve replacement or other cardial surgery; 2. Left ventricular ejection fraction <40%; 3. Need vasoactive drugs to maintain hemodynamic stabilization; 4. With dysfunction of liver, kidney or coagulation; 5. With diabetes, primary hypertension or coronary cardial disease.
