Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with inoperable HCC diagnosed of HCC was based on high serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP>=400ng/ml), ultrasonography, computed tomography (CT), or needle liver biopsy while AFP =60 and an anticipated life expectancy of at least 12 weeks. Patients were also required to be between 18 and 75 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with active infections and have brain metastases or serious brain illness or mental illness; pregnancy or breast-feeding women; Patients participated in other clinical experiments in four weeks; double primary cancers; patients with a thrombotic diseases in an earlier time.
