Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. precancerous lesion such as severe dysplasia; 2. high-grade intraepithelial neoplastic changes; 3. hyperdifferential cancer(no ulcer, no size limit; with ulcer, the lesion size should be lesser than 3cm); 4. relative indication, but the patients refuse operation).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. hyperdifferential cancer with ulcer and the lesion size larger than 3cm); 2. hypodifferential cancer; 3. indications but the patient refuse ESD.
