Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1) between 30% to 60% of predicted value with an FEV1 to forced vital capacity (FVC) ratio of 90%; 4. disease stability as indicated by no change in medication dosage or exacerbation of symptoms in the preceding 4 weeks; 5. without locomotor or neurological conditions or disability unable to perform exercise; 6. no use of cardiac pacemaker; ? no evidence of malignancy, severe dysfunction of renal, or hepatic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dyskinesia of lower-extremity; 2. serious cardiovascular diseases(including unstable angina pectoris,uncontrolled congestive heart failure and recent myocardial infarct); 3. uncontrolled hypertension(systolic pressure>=160 mm Hg and/or diastolic pressure>=100mm Hg)(1 mm Hg = 0.133 kPa); 4. frequent atrial or ventricular premature beats? severe pulmonary hypertension? history of post-exercise syncope.
