Operation group after decreasing intraocular press:Laser iridoplasty after decreasing intraocular pressure, following drug therapy in acute phase

40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The timing of acute reduction of visual acuity can be specified; 2. Increased intraocular pressure=40mmHg; 3. Age=40 years old; 4. Shallow anterior chamber; 5. Having one of the following signs: ciliary congestion or mixed congestion, corneal edema, segmental atrophy of the iris, moderate mydriasis, deformed and fixed pupils, glaucomatous fleck of the lens; 6. Having one of the following symptoms, complicating with increased intraocular tension: Headache or ophthalmalgia, eye distension, nausea, vomiting.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with psychosis that causes failure of laser therapy; 2. Complicated with other eye diseases, operation or trauma that may affect the configuration of the chamber angle and intraocular pressure, such as primary open angle glaucoma, angle-recession glaucoma, iridocorneal endothelial syndrome, uveitis, cyst of ciliary body or iridal cyst, etc.; 3. Having a plan to emigrate in recent 2 years; 4. Failure to follow-up because of serious systemic diseases or problems of the family life.
