12 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age between 12 to 65 years; 2. osteosarcoma confirmed by pathological exam; 3. With metastasis confirmed by radiological exam; 4. Disease progress after standard treatment including regimen of MTX/IFO/ADM/DDP by RESIST 1.0. Meanwhile, the metastatic lesion could not be removed by surgeon; 5. KPS above 70; 6. With a expected life span more than 3 months; 7. Conform to chemotherapy indications and basic requirements, for: peripheral blood almost normal; hart,liver and kidney fanction normal, ECG Almost normal. The body has no healing wounds; 8. Signed inform consent form by patient or his/her legal representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. age below 12 and above 65 years; 2. With important organs function failure, such as heart/lung/kidney failure; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. With mental or neurological disorder; 5. Allergy to paclitaxel or thalidomide; 6. Participated in other clinical trial.
