3 Years to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 3 to 16 years old; 2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for TS, brain MRI and electroencephalogram (EEG) was normal; 4. Do not want to use drug therapy in newly diagnosed cases and symptoms poor controlled with drug therapy or who complained of significant side effects, tics must be stabilized for at least 2 months without relief in referral of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. They had metal that would preclude magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanning or safe administration of rTMS; 2. They had Epilepsy; 3. They had history of significant head trauma, strokes, or seizures for safety reasons
