Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: type 2 diabetes and nephropathy, with overt proteinuria (urinary albumin excretion/creatinine>300 mg/g), Diabetes was relatively well controlled by medical therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: type 1 diabetes ,urinary albumin excretion/creatinine<300 mg/g
