A:Traditional high-fiber and low-lipid diet

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. severe obese people who are available for 2 months' non-interrupted intervention; 2. People with normal memory and ability of activity; 3. People who are not involved in any other trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People used antibiotics for more than 3 days in last 3 months. 2. Pregnant or lactating women. 3. Alcoholic. 4. People with diseases other than moderate to severe hypertension, diabetes with combinations, dyslipedemia or fatty liver. 5. People received treatments in last 3 months for following diseases: cholecystitis, upper GI ulcer, urinary infection, acute pyelonephritis, cystitis, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism. 6. People with severe psychological disease during last 6 months. 7. People received surgery on GI tract except for appendicectomy or that for hernia. 8. People with chronic or persisting liver disease, sclerosis, positive HBsAg, moderate to severe hepatic dysfunction (ALT or AST >= 4 times of upper normal limit). 9. People with acute or chronic renal dysfunction. 10. People with abnormal pituitary function. 11. People with severe diseases such as tumor, coronary heart disease and stroke. 12. People with contagious disease such as pulmonary tuberculosis or AIDS. 13. People who can not take care of oneself in daily life due to extremity disability or other causes. 14. Anemia: Hb<10g/dl. 15. People used any drug or surgery for the purpose of weight control.
