Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 12-24weeks gestation, Hb: 80-105g/L, take no dietary supplements during the past 2 months, having no abnormal pregnancy response, written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: have taken any dietary supplements during the past 2 months, having abnormal pregnancy response
