18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75years old; 2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 3. Histologically or cytologically confirmed pancreatic adenocarcinoma; 4. Measurable target lesions; 5. Locally advanced pancreatic cancer(LAPC) or postoperative recurrence; 6. KPS scores were >=80; 7. Hb>= 110g/L, WBC>= 4.0*10^9/L, Plt>=75*10^9/L; Cr<=1.0*ULN, ASTand ALT<=2.0*ULN, AKP<=5*ULN; 8. No previous 5-Fu chemotherapy or radiotherapy in 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Metastasis from pancreatic adenocarcinoma; 2. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus; 3. Not drained obstructive jaundice; 4. Coincident other cancer; 5. Active infection; 6. Targeted therapy in 6 months.
