Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The investigation should obtain informed consent from the patients; 2. To be aged from 18 to 70 years; 3. patients were diagnosed as T2DM according to WHO diagnostic standards; 4. The glucose cannot control well after 3-month metformin therapy: FBG7.0-12.0mmol/L, HbA1c 7.0—10.0%; 5. BMI>=25kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Using insulin or other drugs except metformin; 2. To be with heart, lung, liver, kidney desfunction; 3. pregnancy; 4. other severe diseases: endocrinology, neurology, tumor; other pancreatic diseases or hypertension.
