Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients 1. to be firstly diagnosed as the acute lymphoblastic leukaemia; 2. to be aged 15 years to 60 years, man and women; 3. ECOG scores 0-2; 4. to be loss than the normal value 1.5 folders compared to same ages in last two weeks; AST and ALT <=5 folders of normal value compared to same ages; blood creatine concentration less than 2 folders of normal value of same ages; cardiac enzymes less than 2 folders of normal value of same ages; 5. to be negative in anti-HIV test; 6. to be signed the informed consent by the patients themselves, or their curators or family member.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We will exclude patients 1. to be combined with any severe complications, i.e. lung infection, uncontrolled diabetes; 2. to be combined with organ dysfunction or disease; 3. pregnancy; 4. to be acute transformed of chronic myelocytic leukemia; 5. to be identified who do not suitable for the study.
