Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically proved small cell lung cancer; 2. Extensive stage; 3. Over age of 18; 4. No prior antitumor therapy had been administered; 5. Performance status is of ECOG 0-2; 6. No contraindication to etoposide or cisplatin; 7. Expectation of life was over 12 weeks; 8. Voluntary participation and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not controlled brain metastasis; 2. Only unevaluable tumor is present; 3. Pregnancy or lactation; 4. Combined with any unstable systemic diseases; 5. Deglutation disorder; 6. Combined with disease of digestive tract that would influence the drug absorption; 7. Abnormal mental state; 8. Patients with poor compliance who are unsuitable for this study.
