70 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pathologically confirmed non-small-cell lung cancer; older than 70; one measureable target; KPS greater than 70; expectancy life time longer than 12 weeks; palliative radiotherapy was permitted; wash out time longer than 1 month if previous chemotherapy or radiotherapy existed; normal bone marrow, liver and renal function; informed consent was obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: within 7 days from excisional biopsy; unstable systematic disease; secondary malinancy; loss of body weight greater than 10% in 6 weeks; bone disease as the only target; other contraindication presented by paclitaxol liposome instrucions; ready to enter other trials.
