18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 or above (2) being able to understand Cantonese (3) currently receiving services at New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (4) have sufficient level of cognitive functioning to participate in a 8-week program (5) interested in joining WRAP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having joined self-stigma reduction programs of New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association within one year due to partial overlap of the WRAP and stigma reduction programs.
