18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18 to 70 years old; 2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 3. In need of gastrointestinal surgery for different disease(A. Gastric tumor; B. Morbid Obesity: BMI>=32 or BMI>=28 complicated with metabolic disturbance); 4. Dysglycemia (impaired glucose tolerance or type 2 diabetes); 5. Normoglycaemia matched to dysglycemia in other conditions as control group; 6. Willing to accept the follow-up; 7. No smoking for 6 weeks before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to accept surgery for advanced gastric carcinoma; 2. Reject the follow-up; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Serious complications after surgery.
