Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The untreated multiple myeloma patients are diagnosed according to the Hematopathy Diagnosis and Curative Effect criteria editted by Zhinan Zhang, they are >=18 years of age; 2. Other eligibility criteria included platelets >=50*10^9/l, hemoglobin>=8.0g/l, neutrophil count>=0.5*10^9/l.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients were excluded if they had polyneuropathy,more than grade 2 peripheral neuropathy; 2. They have received other agents which could induce peripheral neuropathy before enrollment.
