40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Asymptomatic subjects who underwent colonoscopy screening between 2012 and 2014 in Beijing; 2. Agreed to participate in the study and signed an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with present or past symptoms suggestive of CRC or lower gastrointestinal tract disease,and those with gastrointestinal tract diseases; 2. Individuals with contraindications to colonoscopy; 3. Disagreed to participate in the study.
