30 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 30-59 years old; 2. daily single-time Goldmann eye pressure measurement is less than 21mmHg; 3. the front room is normal and has no room Angle, namely the peripheral front room depth is greater than 40%; 4. non-glaucoma optic nerve damage (cup disc ratio is less than 0.6, and the two eyes are not more than 0.2); 5. non-retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) defect; 6. no glaucoma corresponding visual field defect.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the degree of myopia is greater than 400 degrees; 2. history of intraocular surgery and (or) penetrative ocular trauma; 3. serious ocular diseases, including corneal diseases that can affect the measurement; 4. serious health problems, such as severe heart, lung, liver, kidney disease, are serious; 5. plain sleep disorder.
