Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group medical customers to the Medical Examination Center of the Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. nail site suffering from fungal infection or other nails affect the normal state of the disease; 2. any other diseases that can affect the blood uric acid test; 3. For patients with hyperuricemia did not start any uric acid therapy.
