Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Population should be more than 5 years of urban and rural residents, of which women should be greater than or equal to 45 years old and less than 80 years old, while men should be greater than or equal to 50 years old and less than 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Population with mental illnesses who can not cope with the investigators.
