1:Each woman will take at least one ultrasound cardiogram examination during pregnancy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with all the following conditions: 1. Aged between 18-45 years old; 2. Singleton pregnancy; 3. Pregnant women with gestational ages before 13+6 weeks, or between 20 and 24 weeks, or between 32 to 36 weeks, or 42 days after delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with structural heart disease and severe arrhythmia [usually including short or persistent ventricular tachycardia (VT), ventricular fibrillation (VF), atrial fibrillation (AF), II-III degree atrioventricular block AVB)]; 2. Multiple pregnancy; 3. Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy; 4. Gestational diabetes mellitus; 5. Definitely diagnosed of immune system diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.); 6. Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism (excluding subclinical hyperthyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism); 7. Anemia (hemoglobin less than 90g/L); 8. Other serious respiratory, digestive, nervous, urinary, hematological, endocrine system diseases; 9. Participate in other interventional clinical trials within 3 months before the trial.
