30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 30-70 years male and female; (2) The initial colonoscopy patients (3) No intestinal obstruction or gastrointestinal bleeding before colonoscopy (4) The relevant examination does not suggest that colorectal cancer or polyps is possible (5) Signed the experimental agreement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) treatment of colonoscopy (to be the line of colon polyp resection, stent implantation, etc.); (2) previous colonoscopy; (3) severe heart, brain, lung and kidney complications; (4) pregnancy and lactation; (5) history of large bowel surgery; (6) has been related to examination suggest intestinal lesions or polyps; (7) intestinal obstruction or gastrointestinal bleeding were clinical symptoms; (8) of the compound polyethylene glycol electrolytes are allergic to any composition; (9) is participating in other clinical observation trials or within 60 days who participated in other clinical trials; (10) intestinal preparation cleanliness Boston score <5 points; (11) a history of abdominal radiotherapy; (12) family history of polyposis.
