18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged more than 18 years old; 2. willing to participate the projext; 3. a history of taking gynura segetum; 4. For HSOS, the patients satisfied the Seattle criteria. Two of three findings must occur within 20 days of transplantation: billirubin>2 mg/dL (1mg/dl =17.1umol/L), hepatomegaly or right upper quadrant pain, ascites or greater than 2% weight gain due to fluid accumulation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of chronic liver diseases; 2. use of drug which result in the liver injury; 3. concurred with liver cancer, Budd-chiari synrome, congestive heart failure; 4. pragnant,mental disease.
