18 Years to 30 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The fasting plasma glucose level less than 7.0 mmol/L; 2) Never using antidiabetic; 3) BMI range from 19 to 24; 4) Healthy Han-Chinese male; 5) Age range from 18to 30 years; 6) Never participating drug trails in the past three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Acute cardiocerebrovascular events or myocardial infarction happened in the past 6 mon-ths; 2) Proliferative retinopathy patients by laser; 3) Stress hyperglycemia or secondary hyperglycemia; 4) Unwilling to cooperate; 5) Suffering from mental illness; 6) Allergic to St Johns Wort and glyburide; 7) Combining endocrine diseases or serious primary diseases; 8) Systolic blood pressure is more than or equal to 160 mmHg, and diastolic blood pressure is more than or equal to 100 mmHg or secondary hypertension; 9) Cholesterol is more than or equal to 6.22 mmol/L, or low-density lipoprotein is more than or equal to 4.14 mmol/L; 10) Taking other hypoglycemic drugs.
