45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal group: Left atrial appendage:from 6 heart transplant donors Aged 45-75 years old male; Weight 55-75kg. Atrial fibrillation group: Left atrial appendage: from the endoscopic surgical excised left atrial appendage of 14 patients whose baseline are similar to the normal group;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients have other heart diseases, such as valvular diseases; combined with other organic heart disease such as coronary heart disease,dilated cardiomyopathy,congenital heart disease. Possible interventions in circRNA detection: tumor, chronic viral infection,immune disease, etc. Taking large doses drugs before the tests that may affect the outcome; Antibiotics, hormones,immunosuppressor, etc.
