Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty patients with clinical or imaging diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction were included in this study. PET / CT myocardial perfusion / metabolic imaging and CMR imaging were performed in all patients within 2 weeks after infarction. The interval between the two examinations was 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for all subjects were renal insufficiency with an enhanced glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 30 mL/min/1.73 m2, an allergy to the contrast materials, history of PCI or CABG surgery and contraindications to CMR, including severe claustrophobia and device implantation.
