Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients hospitalized for AECOPD or acute asthma attacks; 2. Sputum, endotracheal attract, bronchoscopic lavage or flushing, etc., or filamentous fungi in patients with lower respiratory tract specimens smear and / or culture yeast / candida-positive patients / Aspergillus positive;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental illness who can not cope obtain clinical data; 2. Patients with other lung diseases such as lung cancer, bronchiectasis, lung abscess, and interstitial disease; 3. Blood, pleural fluid, urine specimens Candida fungal smear or culture positive.
