Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 322 hypertensive patients who were between 45 and 65 and hospitalized in our department from 2016 to 2017 were enrolled.The female patients were all postmenopausal women. Hypertensive men was enrolled According to age, BMI, metabolic index, history of hypertension and antihypertensive medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary hypertension, coronary heart disease, heart failure, arterial fibrillation, previous myocardial infarction, and severe and chronic diseases of other organs.
