Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients who have been taking esomeprazole for 1 year; 2) aged between 18 and 60 years; 3) volunteer to participate in the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) apply omeprazole for more than one month before the test; 2) use other proton pump inhibitors for more than three months prior to the test; 3) abnormal calcium metabolism in the body; 4) bone disease and related risk factors; 5) or AST, ALT, BUN, Cr not more than twice the normal value; 6) or used other experimental drugs within one month prior to the inclusion of the test; 7) or not to be on time;Or patients who are using glucocorticoids; 8) or have severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 9) and the researchers think that it is not suitable for the candidate or the researcher who considers it inappropriate to participate in this clinical trial.
