Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis is neural tube defects; (2) aged from 0-18 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other serious diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction; (2) The guardian does not wish to sign an informed consent; (3) Other conditions that are not suitable for inclusion in clinical practice.
