21 Years to 87 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with CAD clinically; 3. NYHA cardiac functional classification II-IV; 4. Ejection fraction of left ventricle <40% or Ejection fraction of left ventricle =40% with LAE, LVH or Diastolic dysfunction.;Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with CAD clinically; 3. NYHA cardiac functional classification II-IV; 4. Ejection fraction of left ventricle <40% or Ejection fraction of left ventricle =40% with LAE, LVH or Diastolic dysfunction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Planned heart Surgery within 6 months; 2. Patients in acute onset phase of CAD or heart failure (HF) or within less than 1 months into stability judged by the researcher; 3. Patients with Atrial Fibrillation; 4. Patients with pulmonary hypertension; 5. Patients with severe obstructive or restrictive pulmonary diseases; 6. Unable or unwilling to present informed consent.;Exclusion criteria: 1. Planned heart Surgery within 6 months; 2.
