18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) acute stroke patients within 7 days of onset (including cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral venous thrombosis); (2) Aged between 18-90 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) suffering from other serious life-threatening diseases, such as terminal cancer; (2) patients whose vital signs are not stable or require continuous monitoring or dying; (3) Prior to the onset of mRS score greater than 2; (4) The examiner can not be completed delirium; (5) subarachnoid hemorrhage.
