18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-40 years old; 2. Chinese people, the Han nationality; 3. The first diagnosis in Shanghai NO.6 People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai; JiaoTong University, with preoperative knee joint MRI; 4. simple knee ACL injury or ACL intact; 5. ACL injury time is less than 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ACL injury combined with other ligament injury; 2. With knee surgery history; 3. ACL injury time more than 1 year; 4. performance of knee osteoarthritis; 5. knee images blurred; 6. cannot get personal data (height, weight, BMI); 7. researchers believe that should not be selected in this study.
