Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. definite diagnosis patients of cerebral infarction/transient ischemic attack; 2. have fundus image and brain magnetic resonance imaging data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe liver and renal insufficiency; 2. the patients with ophthalmic operations
