18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese volunteer, aged 16 to 65 years; 2. Volunteered to participate in this test, and received medical examination (height, weight, OA index); 3. Sign consent form and provide personal medical history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. More than 10 grades of OA index 2. More than 30 grades of BML; 3. history of knee joint discomfort; 5. history of trauma, infection, and surgery, long term chronic disease; 6. knee joint Varus or valgus; 7. history of immune arthritis and other disease; 8. pregnant women; 9. MRI contraindication; 10. Others not suitable for MRI examination.
